Ryan, a teenage girl who is overweight, is trying to make it through senior year of high school. Along with her weight issues Ryan is in therapy for depression and anxiety. Her ex-boyfriend is a rock star whom she hasn't heard from in awhile. Then his picture on the cover of the Rolling Stones makes her wonder if he wants her back.... Though the book deals with some dark issues, the main character promises it's not a sob story.
